Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We will then email you a Payl Pal payment request, which will contain instructiosn on completeling the purchase



Shipping And Handling We do not have a delivery charge, orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. We aim to ensure dispatch within three working days (unless an item is out of stock)

Delivery Schedule Orders within the UK should reach you within 14 working days of your order being completed. Delivery times for international destinations on application.

Tax Charges There is currently no VAT on childrens clothing.

We value your custom very highly indeed and by making a purchase on our website we hope you will return again and even recommend us to friends. As a part of our customer service however we may from time to time make your name available to other carefully selected companies who we believe offer products or services you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive such information please let us know by ticking the opt out box to ensure we remove your name from such lists. Things like that can be extremely annoying and that’s the last thing we want to do to a valued customer!
Returns Policy We have no problem exchanging or refunding your purchase if you are not totally in love with it. Return them within 21 days, by Royal Mail Special Delivery, in perfect condition and with the original packaging. Unfortunately we aren’t able to refund or exchange sale or promotional/promotionally priced items.
